We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time please contact us and we will update you on the status of your order.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty, but to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive the item and if it is in good condition, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment) and you will be re-credited within 30 days

If your item is faulty or damaged then we will offer either a free exchange, or a refund.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. All shipping costs are nonrefundable and if you have paid for express or international shipping, this will not be refunded. Please keep proof of postage.
